This water-borne, breathable topcoat finish is highly protective and exceptionally durable. Dec Topcoat is applied in one or two coats only after a base coat of Sansin Dec, giving enhanced water repellency, increasing the service life, and adding a fuller finish that elevates the matte look of Dec to a medium-luster shine.  It is geared towards decks in aggressive freeze-thaw climates.

Dec Topcoat is tintable with the base color to boost UV protection. It is also permeable, which protects the wood from within while allowing the wood to breathe and release moisture.  Dec Topcoat is UV stable, water-repellent, low in VOCs and non-flammable with easy soap and water cleanup.
